Zephyr Real Estate Adopts Innovative Transaction Organization Tool

Zephyr Real Estate, well known for its foresight in technology services and advancement, is once again the frontrunner with Folio, a creation from Amitree.
Folio is a Chrome extension that helps busy real estate agents organize and manage their transactions right from their email inbox. When you connect Folio to your Gmail, it automatically categorizes the emails, files, and contacts related to each transaction … like magic, according to Johathan Aizen, Amitree’s Founder and CEO.
Aizen further explains that with a little machine learning and magic, Folio analyzes your inbox for keywords and phrases that identify that an email thread is about a transaction. Folio then asks you if you would like to create a Smart Folder, which works a lot like Labels do in Gmail, but smarter.
Smart Folders automatically know which emails, files, and contacts belong to each transaction and organizes them for you. You can add or remove emails from Smart Folders and you can archive them if you don’t want to see them anymore.
